    Post cycle depression

I'm about to finish a cycle and I ain't looking forward to it. I have all my post cycle gear but I know that I am still going to lose some of my gains and it is KILLING ME! I didn't gain alot of weight in this last cycle but my body looks great( if I do say so my self) and I am getting complements every day on my transformation. Does anyone else suffer from post cycle depression and how do you combat it?

I hear ya brotha. I just started my PCT and I know I'm gonna lose some of my gains as well. The hardest part IMO is trying to stay motivated to keep going. You've been gaining weight, gaining muscle and losing BF for the past 2 1/2 months and for me it seems like it comes to a screeching halt. Anyways I wish luck in keeping your gains and stay disiplined.

Thats why my next cycle is 4 months long.

IMO it's all mental, and realize that you look better than you did natural and your going to go on in two months.

Do you think that running longer cycles are more beneficial in maintaining your gains? I plan on running my next cycle 16-18wks and was curious as to results of longer cycles after PCT.

I agree. THere is no need to use anti depresents for a case of post cycle blues. These are powerful drugs and only to be used under the care of a Psychiatrist, not a GP.

By reading this board so much, I see that many experienced user's like longer cycles alot, they would choose longer and light rather than short and heavy.

In my case, I respond very well to my last cycle, and I'm almost at the body composition that I want, which is the reason why gear is light. I'm content with 10 quality lbs rather than shoot for 30.
