anyone have any final thoughts on my cycle?
Monday i will be starting
d-bol 20mg a day for about 4 weeks
test enan 500mg a week for 10 weeks.
10mg nolvadex all the way through ( i may bump this to 20mg about half way through)
Clomid for post cycle for about a month starting 2 weeks after last shot of enan.
i have my diet in order, and my routine down. i will be a doing a 4 day work out, im not quit as lean as i want, but i can continue to work on that through and after my cycle.
Stats are
Age 26
weight 185lbs
6'0'' tall
I think im about 13-14% BF right now. (would like to be under 10%)
been training for about 3 years, and seriuos the last year of it.
Monday chest and tris (cardio in the AM, weights in afternoon)
Tuesday back and bi's
Wed Abs (no weights) (cardio in the AM weights in the afternoon)
Thursday shoulders and traps
Friday Abs (no weights)(cardio in the AM weights in the afternoon)
Saturday Legs
sunday off

flax seed oil
vitamine E
glucosamine
fish oil
cod liver oil
ginko
calcium
zink
Vitamine C
About a gallon of water or more a day. sometime i drink green tea with the water for some flavoring.
i think thats it.
one last question. I take optimum 100% whey right after all activity along with about 3 times throught the day with some vegies that i eat. is the optimum whey gonna ge me through my cycle, or do i need to add a meal replacment, or a multiprotien blend to this as well? I know whey protien is really light and doesnt stick around ver long in your system. i will be taking about 200grams through out the day in the whey on top of what i will be eating.
Anyone final thoughts from anyone would be great. since im starting monday i may have time to change something by then.
