Deca 300 + Enanthate cycle..HELP! HELP! HELP!

Wassup y'all, im bout to take Deca - 300, Testosterone Enanthate then finish it off with 150 tabs of clenbuterol. How should I take this for the OPTIMAL effect?

My weight is 177lbs
My height is 5'11
My diet is very good, but whats some stuff extra I should do w/ my diet? Should I do cardio every other day, and abs every other day? Or should I wait until I do the clen...also, should I put both the deca and the entnanthate in the same syrienge and inject? Will I need to cut it so my legs wont get sore? How often should I take it? I was planning on doing 1cc of each every Wednesday & Sunday. Then for the clen, I was gonna do it 2 weeks on 2 weeks off 2 weeks on.

My bench is currently about 255-260 lbs on bench press.
Incline press is: 85 lbs. dumbells
What kinda results will I probably see? I plan on getting 2 weeks worth of clomid and taking one a day. My diet is 3 30gm protein shakes a day..and all the other protein i would naturally get...my cycle should last about 5 weeks for the stack and 6 for the clen.

Well, I'd run the clomid for more than 2 weeks.

You could do:

Week 1-10 Deca 300mg wk
Week 1-10 Test Enan 400/500mg a wk
Clen 2 (never taken it, get more opinions)
Clomid
Day 1 300mg
2-10 100mg
11-21 50mg

you can mix deca and ethan in one shot. how much test? 5 weeks and you could possibly see no effects at all. from your stats, if they are correct, (im sure nobody inflates their bench on this forum) i would hold off on the clen and run a 10 week minimum as buylongterm said

Yeah, get an extra bottle of test and deca and make it worth your time and money. Don't sell yourself short on this. Gain at least 10 or 15 lbs i would think so long as your diet is good. Good luck to you. Also check out the clen handbook in the educational forum.

This is a good cycle, you can go 11 with the test. Start pct 3 weeks after last deca shot and add a week of pct with deca.

proviron 50mg/day
nolvadex 20mg/day
clomid pct
2weeks on 2weeks off clen

im just ending my 2nd week and im starting to get alot more hungry thats bc of the deca right well anyway im just starting to feel the test more and more better pumps
