Please people, if you do not know the answer to something then please dont post replies to threads indicating you do. I have seen quite a few threads lately where I could have called people out but I dont like doing things this way. Think before you reply and if you feel you are right but not completely sure then have the respect and let the other members know whether or not you are unsure. How would you feel if your incorrect advice landed someone in hospital or god forbid, even worse.

True, true! Hearing stuff from friends and reading websites doesn't make anybody an expert. I usually know a response is wrong when I see the words "my friend said".

I'm so glad you wrote that. I can't tell you how many times I've wanted to reply to a thread, but I was really unsure if my advice would have been totally accurate. I can sure tell you that being a relative newcomer who reads the boards constantly how important it is to have correct info. Thanks for that post.

holly shit!! hold on a second you mean to tell me that the t-200 that I have been putting in my protien shakes wont give me 50lbs of lean muscle and reduse my bf to 5% in 4 wks
