    Newbie - Need advice.

    Does anyone have any suggestions on how to lower your Red Blood Cell count? Any advice would be appreaciated.

    Not sure why you would want to, but you can always donate blood, that will do it.

    If someone was being treated for low T and there RBC was to high then they might need to be taken off of the script.
