I get GNC because its easy and my store gives 30% off first week of month on everything in store.

As for large doses.... yea they are way too much.. they say take 3 full CUPS of powder and mix with 3 cups of milk... Damn I cant drink all that shit at once and ever think about swallowing solid food for the rest of the day. I mix 1 cup powder and 1 cup milk "at a time", this is about 750 calaries, and best way to get this stuff down without spoiling appetite is to drink it "as the drink" with a meal!
