hey ya, I've been training for two years, Im 22, 5.9", 185 lb, 13% bf, Ive done one cycle about 6 months ago (Deca 300mg/week for 8 weeks and D-Bol 20mg/day for 4 weeks after 3 weeks of deca) suggested to me by my nutritionist.It wasnt that bad but i gained a lot of water.Now i think im ready to do a second cycle and put on about 8 to 10 pounds of solid muscle and also I don wanna gain too much water again. And this is the plan i came up with( i wasnt too sure about the D-Ball or even if its nececery )
Week 1 - 8 EQ @ 400 mg/week
Week 1 - 8 Sustanon @ 500 mg/week
week 4 - 8 D-Bol @ 25 mg/day
Week 12 -13 clomid @ 100 mg/day
week 14 clomid @ 50 mgs /day
I know that i need to run the sus for at least 10 weeks but i donno how much its gonna cost me (im broke) but maybe if the D-boll don make a difference i just get more sus and eq insted so i could run them for longer.SO PLEASE TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK.
