    Can you buy gear in Japan or Korea without a scrip?

    Without one it is DAMNED near impossible in Japan. I've been here 2 months now and am having problems getting my stateside script filled. Finally got the paperwork through and will be getting my stuff. Living on a military base as a civilian sucks!
