    What is the optimal dosage for Deca?

    My Cycle. Please, I need opinions.

    Week Deca Sustanon
    1 200mg 250mg
    2 400mg 250mg
    3 600mg 250mg
    4 600mg 250mg
    5 600mg 250mg
    6 600mg 250mg
    7 400mg 250mg
    8 200mg 250mg

    My doubt:should I use more than 400mg/week of Deca?
    It would make any diference beetween 400mg and 600mg

    what is your diet like?
    cycle history?
    age/height/weight?
    traning experience?

    If this is your first cycle I wouldn't recommend more than 400mg of deca, you also want to double your test to 500mg. You always want more test in your system than deca. Do a search for deca dick and you'll know why. No need to taper the doses either.

    This will be my second cycle.
    Height: 5.8
    Weight: 168

    I started to train about 5 years ago

    My diet:

    around 200g/day of protein

    NO carbos (very few)

    A few amount of fat. (cheese)

    How long ago did you do your first cycle? What did you use & what were your doses like. IMO you will make good gains off what I mentioned before. Why use more gear than necessary, but you also don't want to use to little that it won't do anything either.

    what are your goals? looking at your diet, i would guess it's not trying to gain?

    for the cycle you posted...
    a) don't taper the deca...it's useless
    b) run the deca 10 wks
    c) increase the test to 500mg/wk
    d) consider switching the test to Enan or Cyp

    it should look like this:
    deca wk 1-10 400mg/wk
    test wk 1-11 500mg/wk
    anti-e from start to end of PCT
    PCT starts 2 wks after last test shot

    if you are trying to gain mass..you need to adjust your diet

    i should think 500mg sust n 400mg deca should do... anyway whats with the no carbo rule?

    Listen to Halifaxsteve on the cycle and go to the diet forum for help with yours. Don't make the mistake of running another shitty cycle

    Ok, I will run Deca and Cyp 400mg/week during 10 weeks.

    Doubt: Is it possible to build up mass with a NO carbo diet
    even cycling like these?

    it is possible to build mass with a no carb diet and ~200mg/protein...but your gains won't be 1/10th what they could be.

    in order to maximize your gains...you need to eat!
    check out the diet form like pumpseeker suggested
