Hey I Am 24 6'1" 208 Lb With A 16% Bf. I Am Starting My First Cycle Just Thought I Would Throw In A Couple Of Questions. Heres The Cycle Im Planning On Running

Week 1 Sust 500mg
Week 2 Sust 500mg
Week 3 Sust 500mg-d-bol 20mg
Week 4 Sust 500mg-d-bol 20mg
Week 5 Sust 500mg-d-bol 25mg
Week 6 Sust 500mg-d-bol 25mg
Week 7 Sust 500mg-d-bol 25mg
Week 8 Sust 500mg-d-bol 25mg

My Question Is How Much Gain Can I Expect To Keep After The Cycle? Should I Finish The Last Week With Some Hcg ? And Is Aromatising Percautions Necessary With This Cycle? Remember Im The Fng So Please Dont Slaughter Me.

Hey thanx for the advice I am just three days in on the sust I guess I better get that d-bol order in know. The only reason I chose sust after reading its profile on a web page sounded good to me but again I am a new guy I don't do competition I am just getting bored with the same weight and want to kick it up. Is a single ester better?

the single ester test would be better because you would only have to shoot it once a week. sus is better taken more than once a week.
