Most of us don't have time to put together a complete routine for you and also you will get many conflicting opinions. Put together a routine, post it and ask for critique. I do each body part once aweek and my reps vary from 4-20, 4-10 total sets depending on which group and what I need to bring up.Originally Posted by pumped25
