Hello everybody, I'm from the caribbean (Dominican Rep). Decided to get into this forum because I think it's great the way you guys and gals motivate each other and share your points of view and knowledge. I would like to get some pointers about getting in shape.
I'm 6'1'', 205 pounds. My bf% has increased I guess it's around 12 to 14 %. I'll let you know for sure, and I'll send pics as soon as I can.
The thing is I do Boxing three times a week and Brazillian ju-jutsu 4 times a week. I weight train four days a week too. I want to gain at least ten (10) to fifteen (15) lean pounds in the next 10 weeks, also drop my bodyfat under 8%.
I've got the diet and the workout regimen to get there, I just need help with a good cycle. I've only done Winnie like two times before. I just need some good stuff based in your past experiences. Thanks anticipated, hope to hear from you all.
