I was then informed that I needed to push the sust every other day. Should I still do 500 mg a week max scince its my first cycle. Or do I do 500mg every other day.

I was told the same thing. EOD takes advantage of the short esters.....But that means 250MG each shot. So that can be 750MG - 1000MG a week
250mg x2 a week (mon/thurs)
alright I only have enough for 500mg a week for 8 weeks so I guess I will do 250 mg twice a week thanks for the help.
