First Cycle Need Advice

First Cycle

Stats

age 21
205 lbs
about 14% body fat
working out hard for about 4 yrs.
6'0

This is going to be my first cycle. I've been wanting to juice it since i was 19 but i researched and waited till i turned 21.

This is what i have

Test Eth 250
Deca 200
Clomid
Clen

I was thinking about taking 1 shot (1 cc) of test and deca each week.
What would your recommendations be? Also how should i cycle the clen into my program?

My diet is tight lots of protein and carbs. Small meals a day etc.

IMO you should drop the deca.
Run:

Test E 500mg/wk wks 1-10
Liquidex .5/ed
Start PCT wk 12

For a first cycle this will be fine.

This is all you need right here. With the clen you could do two weeks off weeks on/eca stack. You don't have to run an anti estrogen but it is suggested.

very good point...250 of test will only do enough to shut your natural production down...always keep your test higher then your deca..have you bought this yet or are you thinking

Do u think i should pick up another a bottle of test?

At other boards they have suggested that a deca/test is a good first "bulk" cycle.

And clomid is a must for estrogen therapy and also to keep gains.
