Yes. I've bought it and used it one time. I had my gear 3 weeks after ordering so I say buy it.

where the prices decent? or a rip off?

The prices are going to vary depending on which pharmacy you use but the one i used had very good prices on everything except the deca. I think it was something like $17 for a 100mg amp. I did get a lot of freebies thrown in with my order.
