Lean mass / cutting cycle
i want to do a cycle in i can drop body fat and gains mass
i was thinking on:
test enth 500 w 1-10 week
Winstrol 50 ed 6-12 week
Proviron 50mg ed 1-12 week
clen /eca 2 weeks on/off
training 4 days a week
cardio 5 days a week empty stomach
protein 250/300g day
carbs 200g day
can i drop about 10-15 pounds of fat while gain 10-15 pounds mass?
i just want to know if my goals are real ou a dream...

Cycle looks good....
As for your goals... it's possible, but not very likely. Gaining muscle and losing bf at the same is something very hard to do, but it can be done.

Yeah, I think you can lose that much weight but it might be difficult to gain that much muscle though. I also think it looks good. Good luck with it. You should be ripped when your off. Take some before and after photos to show us your progress and to make yourself proud for doing it.

in order to do a bulking cutting diet, you would need to bulk for 3 days and cut for 2 or 3 days, and your diet must be completely flawless. If it were me, i would drop then bulk.

I think you could do it...maybe 5-10 pounds muscle gained....just keep the carbs where they are at and kee the cals high..you may need more protein, and yull have to time your meals right to keep fat storage at a mininum..just my .02

exactly what i mean. You will have to eat excess cals for 3 days and then cut for 3 days. It doesn't work.
