How much are you taking and how often?
250 once a week for now im gonna up it to 500 in a few weeks. im a small guy i only weihg 160 right now
damn bro you are taking way too low of a dose u should be taking 250mg EOD
Hope you have PCT(Clomid) unless u dont like your gains.
PurePower you beat me too it, yes up your dose to 250 mg to EOD. Plus you cant chalk up no gians to just the sust. How are you eating? and what about your sleep?
i eat everything at least 6 times a day. i eat a huge lunch and supper. will i gain anything on 250. how long will it be before i can tell. i will probably start doing it 2 times a week. i dont want to explode or anything. ????
no matter how you shoot it(eod is best) you shouldnt go less than 500-750/wk. i really dont think u will see much of anything on 250.
I just got done with a 10wk sust cycle at 250/wk and i put on 15lbs of lean mass and very little water retention. My gains came very gradually though, and i never got the explosive strength that you hear about. Most of my gains came after week 5. How much you gain is dependent on your diet and training. I think if you posted your diet we'd be able to adjust it to help you out some more. Good luck.
Sus is a mixture of so many different test that to optimize all the esters properally you should be running it EOD. Prop for example is one of the test that sus contains and if you were just doin a cycle with test prop you wouldnt run it once a week...
I have been on Susta for four weeks already and I still don't feel anything. I am stacking it with Dbol and Maste and still dont feel anything!!! I'm a bit dissapointed!!!

My manufacturer told me to take it every third day (sust 300). The first two weeks I got nothing. I changed my diet and the third week has brought me much better results (7lbs). Just keep at it and keep your diet /workout in check.

I agree, I went from 85 kilos at 15% body fat to 93 kilos at 6% body fat just using 250/ week with a fat-free-mass-index of 24.5. Although dosage does play a role in the gains it's not the entire contributing factor. Train hard and lift heavy and continue to train after your cycle.

250mg EOD you guys are telling him to take?? Thats too much. 100-125mg EOD = to about 500 mg per week, thats all he needs!
