hey I'm sorry to bother the veterans with a simple newbie question, but I was wondering about my first cycle. I'm 6'0 foot tall about 230 pounds, i've done a good amount of research but i'm still puzzled. I'm about 24% body fat and wanted to get good strength gains, decent size gains, but get a lot more defined. i was interested in an 8 week cycle. I just started a really high protein low carb diet to start things off. I know clen is a must and I will take it daily between weeks 1-2 and 5-6. BUt all my other ideas I have got negative feedback on. Can someone please help outline some cycles that could achieve my goals, maybe when you started out someone took you by the hand, I hate to sound like a little girl but I need that help right now. thank you all so much.
