    has anyone read or purchased the book chemical muscle enchancement if so is it worth the money

    Someone gave it to me I haven't read it yet, I've had 2 Bros say it was good, but I haven't read it so I can't say for sure.

    I downloaded all the Elite fitness Ebooks from a FTP site once and IMO you can learn everything in them from looking at the big cat profiles and from being on a message board for 3 months.

    i bougth it from beyondmuscle.com

    for $32.00. IMO it sucks. better off being here than wasting the $$$.beyond was the cheapest place i found.most wanted $45-9 bucks
