i do calves with the slin pin and traps.

you think that gets it far enough into the muscle tissue for good absorbtion?

if you dont have a lot of fat then yeah. I wouldn't use it for glutes or anything but it works fine for traps and calves for me

Yup, but that was LR not RK, my problem was with RK.
