    What's up all? I just wanted to introduce myself. A newcomer to a solid forum. I'm doin my research in attempts to gain as much knowledge as possible before I take the plunge. 24 years old, 190, 5'11, 10%bf. Training for 5 years, and ready to take it to the next level.
