i just got off a big cycle and now i hope things are getting back to normal. i was wondering about diet. i can look on the internet and not get any ideas. what does a typicle diet look like for gaining muscle and not a lot of fat. do i eat burger king??? i cant eat chicken breast all day long and it just makes me hungry in about 45 minutes. can someone give me an example of what a day looks like . i would like to start seeing some abs on me also but i still have alot of muscle i would like to build'
