I went with Every 3rd day on the Test because I like to keep everything more constant than just 2 shots a week (mon / thurs, etc..). Last cycle I went every 4th day only 200 mg's. I wanted everything to be even. It's all laid out on my calendar that I printed out. I will run through 3 bottles (30 cc's) of test.
* Liquidex has yet to arrive after 1 1/2 weeks from LS.
** If L-dex doesn't arrive, I will order from someone else and possibly up the Nolva to 20 mg's / day.
Areas to work on : everything. It's been a few months since I've touched a weight, so before starting this cycle, I hit the Circuit Training EOD with cardio in between for a few weeks. That seemed to get everything ready to go and back into shape. I can never get my chest like most guys, so I'll live with that. Abdominal / Core area is my major attack area. I'm gonna have the strongest abs / low back on here in 4 months - just watch. My collar bones will disappear a little bit once I start packing on some muscle. I tend to cut up a little more as I bulk up - as you can see by my body type.
Strength is about 80 % of what I was working out with last year - which is a good sign pre-cycle. Well, I say that for the upper body stuff. I have yet to hit my legs hard (squats), so we'll see.
