Help Desging First Cycle
Okay before i begin, i just wanted you to know I did search the site on 1st cycles topics and found good results. But the cycles i found were deisnged for people of different age and wants.
I just turned 18, I weight 165 at 6ft. I have been lifting for exactly one year now.I have suffered from isomnia (cant sleep) for 3 years now. With my sleeping pills i have been able to keep a great sleepin schedule for 2 years now. I have put on 20-24 Pounds Naturally. I looking to bulk and add 10-15 pounds. I have been checking out posts on this site for quite some time and i am still confused on how to design my first cycle. Any advise is very helpful....
Question
-What is ESTROGEN and what does it do?
-Thanks

A little young bro. I would suggest waiting for about 5 years. By that time, you could know the answers to any question you might have about cycling

You need to wait. On top of all the other things steroids are gonna mess up your sleep even more

No bro...if youve only been lifting for one year you have a lot of natural gains still in you...wait atleast until your 20-21
