heys guys i am thinking of doing a cycle and would like yalls advice. I am 21 been lifting for about a year. im 5'7 185.9lbs at 14.4%bf. i am currently on a 3,500 cal a day diet. it consists of 60%carb, 20%fat, 20%protein. I want to gain muslce mass. What would u recommend for someone on a budget. I heard deca produces good results. i really want the most bang for the buck. And i was wondering how good of results has anyone seen from the growth hormones.I heard people have great results. If anyone could give me advice and info on this it would be greatly appreciated.
