Doing cardio first thing in the A.M. before eating, is by far, the most effective. Whether you run, jog, swim, jump rope, aerobics, ride a bike, etc., doing it first thing in the morning is most effective for maximum fat loss. Lets say you wake up, eat breakfast, then eat lunch, and then you decide to do your cardio. All you will be doing durning that cardio will be burning the carbs of the food that you just ate. When you do your cardio first thing in the A.M., you have not ate in the past 8hrs or so. So when your body sees that there are no carbs to burn, it will go directly to stored bodyfat as a source of energy.Originally Posted by fuxuup
