    Injection and PIN size.....

    I'm gonna be injecting V-Test (400 MG strength) into the delts....I was wondering if a 26 5/8 or 26 1 1/2 guage pin would be ok.....which one is best? Also, is it ok to inject in either delt...no major arties / nerves or anything to worry about?

    i would go with 1" needle for the delts.

    ya..i previously used 22 1 1/2 for the legs with ease, but the delt i was told to use something smaller......

    I've used 21's in the delt, delts get sore, nothing you can do about it

    how do u inject into the delts exactly? I know some guys who kneel down, and put their arms on a desk or something to make the muscle come out more so.....whats your technique?

    25g 1" for quads glutes
    27g 5/8" for delts, arms

    never had a problem.

    21 through the delts, wow! 25 i can handle but i would think i would start to look like a dartboard with 21s
