Delt Injection

I was wondering if anyone knows exactly where to inject in the delt because I've seen the front and middle on spot injections.com and the rear injected on here. Anyone know?

They are all correct.......... they try to show all ways to inject into all sites...... the easiest at first would be to go through the middle of the delt

pick the meatiest part. I always go fairly high on the middle delt muscle. Go too low and you might get drainage down your arm like this...
