    t3 alone?

would it be a waste to run t3 alone for weight loss... i know t3 and clen or dnp might be a good combo... well maybe not a combo with dnp.. that could be scary... but could i see positive results from t3 alone , with diet and exercise? how much to eat? how much cardio>? appreciate any help thanks guys

It is catabolic meaning it will eat muscle if not anabolic is present. You will loose weight but not the weight you want. Muscle is more easily burned away than fat is.

believe me, if you did T3 with Clen and DNP , you wouldn't crack the top 1000,000....LOTS of guys have done it, I have not, but I know several who have.
I think bdtr said he runs T3 with DNP?
But many more do run T3 alone, it greatly helps synthesize both Protein and Carbs. But like 50% said, if your not on, and/or keeping your protein high, you Will lose some muscle tissue. It's not predjudice.

Bdtr was crusing on 1 gram of test a week through that specifically so the t3/dnp wouldn't be catabolic.

I know, I'm pretty bad about that....like when you're trippin' really hard, and your on a really deep topic.....and a pretty bird flys by.....and you kind lose your train of thought

It's all good TSW. Like when you're bangin a chick and something creeps in your mind that is really important and you loose the hardness. Sucks.

from what ive have read about t3, you would be losing muscle and fat, but if weight loss is your only goal, go for it. i think you would still lose more fat than muscle...maybe a 2:1 or 3:1 fat to muscle loss ratio. im guessing anyways, that is my best estimate.

Well, anything that makes you loose your concentration. I am sure it has happened to you before. I'll think of random stuff like bills or school or something. I don't know, my mind wonders all the time. I'm easily distracted.

If you're not "on" or keeping your Protein up....that ratio would be flipped!
