can u spot inject your own tri's safely?

yeah, new girlfriend is too scared to shoot my tri's. anyone here spot inject their own tri's?

It's actually quite easy. Hold you arm out, place your palm on the mirror in front of you, using the other hand, inject under the arm, into the tri, aspirating is a little difficult, but you get the hang of it, just keep the needle as still as possible.Then definately go do a tri workout!! Went into Left tri yesterday and right tri today with tren.

I just rest my arm on the edge of the bathroom sink

i hit tri's every week also. Theres a few places you can hit them too. all are easy. check out spotinjections.com thats where i learned. Once you do it you see its not hard at all. now traps are a bit tricky...but thats another story.

I think it depends how big your tris are, which is why it varies for everyone, I just recently started putting fina in my tris and i love it. I just rest my arm on my desk and go into my tri sideways, the actual needle will end up where it would be if you went in from underneath, but like I said it depends how big your arms are.

I have hit the back and sides of my tris with my arm hanging at my side. It's not hard. Standing in front of a mirror definately helps. You just need to find an effective way to hold the syringe and depress the plunger. Try different ways with a capped needle. Also make sure you relax you tricep.

definitely relax the tricep...in my experience, it's as easy as cake...slid right into the muscle, a little pain (not bad) and then right out...
