Sleep
What is the minimum sleep you need for complete recovery? Some night I only get 5-6 hours of sleep, how bad is this for me?

Its not bad, but its not ideal either. Depending on your age, you may need 8 or fewer hours of sleep each night. I would shoot for 8 though.

There are many nights where I do not get to do all the things I want(like going out with friends), just because I want to make sure I get enough sleep.

So far so good, they seem to be doing what they’re supposed to.
