In order to get any (noticable) benefit from slin is it true that you have to take it throughout the day and not just PostWorkout? Any experiences?

the first time i used slin i did it post workout for 4 weeks and gained quite a bit of weight.
A friend of mine advised me to use it 2 times daily. First thing in the morning and then post workout. I have done so but every morning, sometimes I skip the morning shot. In two weeks I went from 270 to 280. I was told to only use it for 4 or 5 weeks and not go over 7 IU per injection.Quote:

Ya'll say you gained "weight." Taking your best guess do you feel it was mostly muscle or fat? A 50/50 ratio or what?
