Still supressed??

My mate did a Dianabol only cycle for 8 weeks back in November 2002 (pointless i know). But eversince he has not been able to make ANY gains no matter how hard he tries and eats.
I was reading another post on a guy who said he was still supressed from doing a cycle a long time ago.

Thing is that he DIDNT do any PCT. Could this be the reason why he cant put any more muscle on naturally?
Just so you know, he is nowhere near his natural limit cos he aint that big really.

It has nothing to do with his d-bol only cycle and lack of PCT. I have done d-bol only more than once with no PCT...not that I am proud but everyone learns. Anyway it has to do with his training and his diet. Does he have a high calorie high protein diet set up?
