kenalog 40- i cant find any info on it.

i am on a cycle of test and deca right now and have a vial of kenalog 40 but ui cant find anything about it. all i could is on drugs .com and they say it is a steroid . it helps with muscle pain. but the deca is already doing that does anyone know of any gains from this steroid.
