Clen 2wks on/2wks off. Cycle the ECA during your off wks. IMO the 2/2 is the most effective way to cycle clen. If clen is taken for longer periods your body starts to build up a tolerance to the substance making it ineffective.
NYC is what I would choose. Not sure if you can get that anymore though. Guess Id go with Clen then.
your best bet may be clen w/ ketotifen.
Ketotifen will upregulate beta receptors allowing you to run clen for long periods of time without having to worry about clens down-regulationof beta receptors and raising your doses.
It will also make lower doses of clen more effective than they'd be without ketotifen.
So you could stay on clen longer at lower doses and still have it be effective.
