Anarvar, EQ, and Winny Cycle

My goal is to harden up and get ripped..not looking to bulk or add more than 10lbs.

Im currently doing a high protein dieat..and very low carbs..eventually I will go down to 52grams of carbs per day. Work out everyday weights every other day and cardio almost everyday.

stats
male, 5'10, 177lbs, 24yrs, bf? not sure..low teens


What if I do the all three?

1-10wk anavar 40mg daily
1-4wk 50mg eod of winny amps
1-8wk of 200mg - 300mg of EQ
8-10wk Liquid nolvadex

Or should I do a diffrent type of PCT? I already have two vial of liquid nolvadex from liquid research..I even got a vial of cialis!

One week of pct is NOT enough.

I can point out 5 other huge flaws with this cycle.

I wouldn't even waste time with all these pricey designer drugs...just run 75mgs of test prop ed and focus on cardio and diet. That will get you ripped faster and at a lot cheaper price.

I was thinking more like 6 things wrong. Prop would be the best idea as it is usually the cheapest test.

If you've already got the Eq and Var then you can run it along with the test. How much do you have of each?

The Eq needs to be run longer and at a higher dose to be effective

Run your winny at the end of your cycle to harden up, not the 1st

You need clomid in PCT...and pct needs to be ran for atleast 21 days

You need test in your cycle...cyp will make you hold water and bloat so run some L-dex throughout as your anti-e

Run a prop cycle like the others say...

and i would highly recommend doing some research b/f sticking yourself...you need to know alot more about as before you start...you dont even have the basics down now

I wouldn't bother running a cycle at all if you're not looking to put more than 10lbs on.......... JMO

Thanks for all the feedback! I got plenty of anavar for 10 weeks at 40mg daily. I got on vial of 200mg of EQ. And will need to order another one. Mostly likely I will get it from black label.

What will happend if I do the EQ at 300mg or 400mg weekly and anavar at 30mg - 40mg daily?? was thinking of adding some test..but dont want the bloating and also I will take a while to get some arimedex.

Hey bro, I got your PM but I see you've posted some stats here. Ok, you're 5'10 and 177. That means you're a similiar height to weight ratio as me. (6'4, 203) If your Bf is in the low teens then here's what I'd do...

1-10 Eq 400mg/wk
1-10 Test enan 400/wk
6-13 winny 50mg/day
run Nolva throughout.

13-15 PCT.

I'd keep your diet very clean and VERY high in protein. You'll want to eat lot's of food but not TOO much. The Eq will make you very hungry and it's very tempting to stop off at Mc D's for a McChicken or 3. Once and a while is fine ;)

Eq is a great steriod for hardening up and giving you that "sharp" look. Unfortunetly it has to be run for 10 weeks min IMO, cuz it take awhile to kick in>
If your goal is to cut up and harden up, and you want to make it short I'd go with
Week 1-8 Test Prop 75mgs ed
Week 1-8 Fina 75mgs ed
Week 2-8 Winny 50mgs ed
Clomid 3 days out.

If your dieting (which u should be if you wanna cut up.. duhh) add some t-3 for the last 4 weeks.

And if you wanna use Eq then go with:
Week 1-10 Eq 400mgs
Week 1-11 Test Prop 75mgs ed
Week 9-14 Winny 50mgs ed
Liquidex throughout.
Clomid 1 day out

And you can also add t-3/clen to this mix to help you along..

I remember someone on here getting their health insurance to cover the gyno surgery.

Actually since the cycle's been over the symptoms went away, been running nolva for a few weeks. I have a little bit from puberty which isn't really noticable except to me.

That's not gyno on my right nipple, I just have glass cutters ;)

That pic is natural as well. It's my "before' pic. I don't have any after shots yet as my buddy took his camera back :( I will soon though. I put on about 12 solids pounds.

Nix was your cycle Eq/winny? And didn't you have trouble getting it up? Or was that someone else?

About a week after my final shot I shut down. Finally came back yesterday. If I was ever going to do another cycle I'd add test simply for that reason. Oddly though, I did my cycle with a buddy and he's had no problems at all. Different strokes for different folks I guess. Or no strokes me anyways!!! ;)

I've heard that if you manage to convince your doc that the lump may be cancerous, they will remove it. Men do get breast cancer.

The only reason that I wouldn't want to add the test is because I dont have arimedex or proviron to help with the bloat. Bloating is my main concern, but also adding water mass, bulk, hairloss, ect. Also this will be my first cycle and dont know if I should add the test??

Also the Test I have is Cyp which heard is stronger and makes you hold more water than other test?

you need to run test....period.

than run an anti-e like nolva will help with the bloat, and theoretically, test prop doesn't retain water as bad as others. Your first cycle should be test alone. If it was my choice you would run test enan. for 12 weeks at 400-500mg, but if you insist on prop, 150mg EOD. But it should be test by itself.

But adding the test will bulk me right? I dont want to bulk..my goal is to look lean and ripped..

I know arimdex will minmize the bloating but I dont have it in hand. And I already have been taking Var for 1 week now and will be adding my first shot of EQ tomorrow and will be running 400MG of EQ weekly with 40mg of Var daily for 10 weeks.

The Test I have is CYP..which heard it's stronger and also hold more water? will nolvadex control the bloating if I take it with my cycle? I do have liquid nolvadex that i was planing on using after my cycle..will Nolvax work just like arimdex?

You do not need to do a cycle right now, you REALLY need to be reading up and and educating yourself about AS before you shoot yourself. Not trying to flame, but the questions your asking are basic beginner questions that can EASILY be answered by reading and doing some reasearch, it very simple and you can learn a lot.

I have already done some research, ask vets on diffrent boards, but get diffrent answers all the time..add test, dont add test, anavar is a waste a time, Primo and Winny are for girls,..ect...

That's the reason I decided to just do a anavar and eq cycle only..but im still tempted on adding some test to my cycle but dont want to look bloated..by body tends to hold water and also I did developed some kind of gyno during my puberty stage on my left tit that never went away!

So all Im asking if for orentation and advice.

Sorry bro, but the questions aren't too difficult and I am not trashing or flaming you at all, so don't take it that way. I was in your shoes before and I understand what you are telling me, but still you need to do some more research before you start a cycle. If you are so worried about getting bloated from adding test then use test suspension or test prop, and you will not retain much water at all if you are using EQ and anavar along with it. Don't use cyp or enan, because both tend to hold water in you. Use liquidex or arimidex also if you want to since both work the same way to keep water retention down. Also, drink plenty of water and keep your salt intake low. Be sure to add some kind of test or you will be sorry, if you do, you will be very pleased with the results, take it from the other guys with experience they know what they are talking about.
