    first cycle?

    I am 34 5'11" 170lbs been lifting weights for over 10 years

    I have 27 50mg amps of winstrol and one 25ml bottle of test prop (50mg per ml)

    I was thinking of running 50mg of each EOD until the supply runs out.
    I have Clomid for post cycle.

    any advice?

    yeah, you should do some more research. anywho, you should atain the necessary products before your cycle begins and clearly you do not have enough, minimum is 8 weeks for you stuff, sorry i'm a little drunk right now, anyways grab 8 weeks worth of stuff and then talk to us, thanks.

    Winny needs to be ran ED because of its short half-life. 50mg/ED for 6wks is optimal. The prop won't get you far either because IMO it should be ran at a minimum of 75mg/EOD. Save your gear bro, and your cash, so you can run a cycle thats more effective.

    Alright Hodgeman.

    You definitely need to set yourself a time table and layout of your cycle.

    Can't just run your cycle 'till your shit runs out.

    Also, at 5'11 at 170lbs, but at what body fat? That weight is a little low. If you've been lifting for 10 years, what kind of lifting was it? Was it casual, just to keep up appearance?

    I would research from now on, and I know it sounds like a long time, but for a year. In that year change your routine to mass lifting, and I bet you put on 10lbs. +-1lb considering your age, it might be a little harder to gain, but in a year it's conceivable.
