Man...this is the weirdest thing. They ache like none other......no bumps or anything but they were a little sensitive earlier today. I've been taking half a nolva pill everyday just to help with bloat somewhat. Gonna toss down a couple and double the dose for the next few weeks..That sound good to everyone? Prolly gonna have to get some research stuff....is LR's stuff anygood?? oww...

Take in 20-30mg nolva ED and seriously consider getting Arimidex or Femara.

I have some...but not enough to run 40mgs a day the rest of my cycle. Got enough for the next couple a weeks though. Think the dex would be better than the nolva?

Bro, nolva is dead cheap... you should not start a cycle without a ton of it.
As for Liquidex or Arimidex it's a lot more expensive, but it is indeed better.
Nolva = blocks the *effects* of estrogen (your body still produces the estrogen)
Adex and Ldex = prevents the formation of estrogen, so no bad side-effects.

Depends of course (we're all different) but it's usually between 0.5mg ED to 0.5mg EOD.
Since adex is a little more expensive, you'll want to fine tune the dose to what works for you.
