bodyfat: around 15%
bodytype: i was supposed to be an ectomorph, and im still am just with some more fat ;)
my cycle history is
susta 500mg/week 10 weeks and jumpstarted with dbol at 30mg/ed 4 weeks
and an old winny oral only cycle
diet
i dont gonna have some kind of diet because im gonna bulk. just eat at least 6 times a day probably 3 big meals and 3 small.. and some protein shakes.. gonna try to get around 400g proteins daily.
workout
im swapping workout routines every month.
Month #1
day 1 Shoulders, Traps, Abs
day 2 Biceps, forearms, Quads
day 3 rest day
day 4 Chest, Triceps
day 5 Back, Hams, Calves
day 6 rest day
day 7 rest day
Month #2
day 1 Shoulders, Chest
day 2 Legs, Calves
day 3 rest day
day 4 Back, Traps
day 5 Arms, Abs
day 6 rest day
day 7 rest day
training at lunch time after a total of 2 meals, high intensity max 50 minutes of training.

i also have 50 clomid tabs (50mg) 2 hcg (5000I.U) and 50 nolva (10mg)
gonna use the nolva just in case.
Cycle
ill think i will shot 200mg of Deca and 250mg of test every 4 day to keep the level constant. it will looks like this
week 1: 750mg susta
just to get the balls rolling and get ride of the sust.
week 1-11: 200mg deca every 4 day
week 2-12: 250mg test every 4 day
week 6, 13: 500I.U HCG ED in 10 days
im ending the deca one week earlier then the test to make the half-lives match, and if i get any signs of gyno i will pop the nolva and get some more of it so i could use it PCT to. anyway, i will just pop it after last shot and use it PCT if not any signs. and 4 weeks of clomid 2 weeks after last shot of test.
im also intressted to use Dbol as an supplement. would like to try that one, ex. pop 10mg-15mg in the morning the workout days in the whole cycle. references to this thread http://anabolicreview.com/vbulletin/...ad.php?t=65046

dont use the hcg use clomid and nolva we checked it in a lap its the best way

hcg helps my boys to come back quicker.. and i like the results ive got from it in the past.

Sust needs to be shot EOD. Split the shots into .5cc and shoot it 4 times a week. Start clomid THREE weeks after your last shot of sust, i really dont think you need HCG in there. You should also run 20mg nolva ed throughout PCT.

i have got almost all my gear now, its just the thais left. all i can do at the moment is to wait 2 months.. and thats hard :P anyway, i have fixed 2 more deca vials so i can shot it at the same time as the sust the first week :)
