    registered mail?

    A freined just recieved a notice to go pick up a package that was sent registered mail while he was gone. Do you think it is safe to go pick it up? He checked ands the sender did send it registerd mail. Would they ever try and do a sting that way?

    No, because they're not going to wait at the post office. If it's a controlled delivery, its going to be at the point of delivery ie : your house.

    I agree, they can't just sit and wait for him to show.

    i dunno, if they can sting you at the house they can sting you at the post office

    people with po boxes get stung... so i'd still be cautious

    drive around the parking lot and look for suspicious vehicles

    They probably wont wait for you but if when you ask for it and they stall , its time to walk.
