What should I take Post Cycle??

My current cycle looks like this:

Sustanon 500 mg per week
Deca 600 mg per week

for ten weeks..

i'm coming off soon and want to know what the best post cycle
recovery is?

I have clomid, nolvadex , and proviron ..any help would be appreciated along with mg doses...thanks

Clomid and nolvadex 3 weeks after your last shot.

Nolva 20mg a day

clomid:
Day 1 300mg
10 days : 100mg
10 days: 50mg
