my stats are 5'11 168 lbs. Ive been training hard for a little over a year and lifting in general over 2 years. I have my diet/routine down packed. Ive done research for over 3 months, I didnt want to rush into this head first without knowing what I was doing. I have nolva/clomid for PCT.
