No particular steriod will make you run faster, some will help you by retaining less water or gaining less fat while on cycle, but it all depends on how you train as to what particular aspects of your athletic performance it will benefit.

Johnson was a heavy squatter, and winny user as noted above. He did 600 pound+ squats for reps.

Now what I DONT remember, is did he get caught with winstrol because he was lied to about the substance or was his doping methodology off, because I recall he got busted in one way or another, because he was lied to by his supplier.

It's all about how you train, your diet, then the gear. Make sure you have the first 2 down before you even think of using gear.
