ALA and Milk Thistle?

Would it be a good idea to run ALA and milk thistle along side my 16-week cycle of Test and EQ? If so, how much of each on a daily basis?

I use ala regardless of what im taking but honestly with no orals its not needed.

Yup....

and to be honest, ive never seen any proof that it actually works. I take it along with either liv52 or tylers with my cycles that contain orals just as a precaution.

where do you guys get tylers at...i looked at walgreens today, and a nutrition store but couldnt find it....do any large retail stores carry it ie. GNC, Walmart....?
