they always come with a cold pack - they store better that way. at least keep things room temp. with shipping and all, they don't want them to take the chance and heat up due to the weather.
Slightly elevated temps. shouldn't hurt the tren, but can affect the solidity of the pellets, which would affect the use of them in the implant gun, which is what they are designed for. This is also why they are reccomended that they are stored in a refridgerator, rather than on a shelf in the barn.
