8 week isn't enough for eq, you know your body better then us, so put up your cycle history with age and we can adjust them if needed

need age/stats/training history......does anyone do research anymore or do you all just expect us to lay out what drugs you should do.
If you were ready for AS you would have answers to those questions.
This is my 5th cycle, I am 27 yrs old. I weight about 225, height 6"2', bench 355lbs. Not happy with my fat percentage, but not too worried about that right now.
My last cycle was
T4
Deca 300
finished off with Winny.
In the past i have done: deca, dbol, winny, and t4...nothing beyond that. I got gyno after my 4th cycle, because I wasn't takeing any Anti-E's, or a PCT...hell i didn't even know what that was. I have only done PCT after my most recent cycle. Basically, I didn't know what the fuck I was doing until my last cycle.
I dont' have any experience with EQ or Cipionate, so that is why I am asking?? I have read alot about it and it seems like a good cycle.
I also have a bench contest coming up in 3 weeks in Austin Tx...

I did my research...I know i fucked up on my first cycles, but not a whole lot I can do about that now...I have nolva and clomid on hand prior to any cycle...

If you are aiming to lower your body fat, you might want to consider some other choices of drugs. What you are planning on doing is typically considered a bulking cycle, and would most likely give you some degree of water retention. I am not gonna tell you what to run since that is your job to research, but most would recommend using Test Prop, with the likes of Winny, Tren, Var, or Primo, and some Clen. Use the search button! It is your friend!
