Despite the shoulder injury, I have found effective excercises that do not aggrivate the injury. So I have decided to go ahead with my my winter cycle. Here is my plan:
Weeks 1-10: Cyp 500mg/Eq 400
Weeks 11-16 Prop 75/Fina75 EOD/Primo 400 week .5 Liquidex ED
In the middle of this (weeks 5-11, 60 days) T3 with Clen/ECA 2 on 2 off). Weeks 11-16 I will be on a Swole Cat designed diet for cutting. Any suggestions, comments or helpful info is appreciated.
