Nolv Clomid timing

This will be my first cycle. I am 6'4 200 lb with about 12% bf(or I will be when I start my cycle i about 3weeks)

1-4 25mg/d D-bol
1-10 250mg/w test E
1-10 200mg/w EQ

I also have
75 pills of nolv
20 pills of clomid

I was wanting to know the best way to time the intake in order to keep gains and minimize sides-especialy bloating of the face and estrogen realated fat deposits.

Due to water retention, I have also thought about dropping the DBol and raising the dose of test to 375/w

I would extend the test 1 week past the EQ. Start PCT 3 weeks (21 days) after your last EQ injection.

The eq will help with bloat a bit but run 10mg of Nolva durring the cycle and then 20mg when PCT starts.

You will need more clomid and nolva.

Thanks,but are you saying-run the nolv with the clomid in pct or-after your last shot up to post cycle.
Also, which would be better-Dbol or up the test. I am only going to do one

sorry for all the questions but also-if I extend test one week past EQ is it alright to start it one week later (2-11)

I would up the test and the EQ and leave the d-bol as is..... also you will see better results with EQ after 12 weeks but for your first cycle this will be fine.

1 - 4 25mg/d D-bol
1 - 11 400mg/w test E
1 - 10 400mg/w EQ
1 - 13 Nolva 10mg ED

PCT starts 21 days after last EQ injection:

Day 1 300mg Clomid / Nolva 20mg
Day 2 - 11 100mg Clomid / Nolva 20mg
Day 12 - 21 50mg Clomid / Nolva 20mg

Because of the amount of time the compounds stay active in you:

Enan is 2 weeks
EQ is 3 weeks

So if you extend the test 1 week both the EQ and test will be out of your system around the same time and you will not be running EQ with lower levels of test.
