    What time of day do I take Nolvadex?

    I just got some nolvadex from teh doctor, but I dont know what time of day I take it. I am guessing afternoon because most estrogen creates at night. What do you guys think?

    Nolva has a 24hour+ half life it doesnt really matter when you take it.
