Well If I were you I would do Intense cardio on a empty stomach first thing in the morning..An ECA stack would be very helpful for helping you with energy levels and speeding up your metabolism...as far as diet I think a 40%carb,40%protein and 20%healthy fats is an essential BodyBuilding Diet...But if your trying to lose a Lot of bodyfat then you may want to adjust the carb to protein ratios.....Give your stats.
